We will be undergoing scheduled acceptance and production environment maintenance.
This is second maintenance in series to improve platform performance, scalability, reliability and security following outage on 12-May-2021 - https://status.tradecloud1.com/incidents/b42lr4rp6zcw
We will be migrating platform from current cloud provider to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and expect to have downtime during the maintenance window.
Please note, that Tradecloud external IP addresses will change. We will communicate new IP addresses additionally.
During previous maintenance (https://status.tradecloud1.com/incidents/q1dhr7s7hyyv
), we also extended our database (Cassandra) cluster to GCP. This means that all customer and internal data we have is replicated between current cloud provider and GCP, improving platform reliability.
During this maintenance we will be migrating rest of the platform - search engine (Elasticsearch), message bus (Kafka) and all platform services to GCP.
To ensure smooth migration, we created and tested a migration plan, including rollback procedure. According to the plan and test results, we will be able to stop and revert everything back without data loss until last step - when we will change DNS platform records to point to GCP.
